To get started, you just need to schedule a quick appointment for an in-person inspection. We will check your home, office, or other property so we can get to know your needs and review the condition.
We offer you different options in frequency and you can choose the one that best suits your lifestyle.
1. Please remove clothing or objects from furniture, counters, or items on the floor before each visit.
2. Keep few items on and in showers, toilets,furniture, countertops to give you excellent cleaning results.
3. Make sure the sink is cleared of any dishes.
4.Find a good spot for your pets so they are safe and comfortable while we clean.
5. Keep the property cool in the summer and warm in the winter while service is being performed.
If we have to pick up items or organize, we may have to add an additional charge.
To ensure complete satisfaction, we require the customer to perform a final inspection of the cleaned areas while the team is still on the property and before they leave. The customer will be notified in advance of the estimated completion time to ensure their presence for this final inspection. Any requests for corrections or adjustments must be communicated at this time. Otherwise, the team will not return to make corrections.
We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing issues, including defective or incorrect installations, faulty doors, or other substandard items, appliances, or articles that are not functioning properly. This limitation also applies to poorly maintained belongings (e.g., loose shelving, improperly hung picture frames, etc.). We kindly ask that you inform us of any items in your home that require specific caution or care prior to the service. While accidents are uncommon, we will immediately notify you of any accidental damage that occurs during the cleaning period, demonstrating our commitment to full transparency. For any claim to be considered valid, damage to your property resulting from our service must be reported immediately to our personnel during the final walk-through inspection and acceptance of the cleaning, before they leave the property. We must be allowed to take photographs for evidence during this process. It is required and essential that the client or the person who initially authorized the work be present for the project’s reception. During this walk-through, the client may request adjustments or corrections to the cleaning. We are not responsible for damages reported after our team has departed. Failure to comply with this immediate inspection and reporting requirement will result in the immediate denial of the claim. Finally, for purposes of documentation: When we first visit the home to conduct the estimate, the homeowner will be asked for permission to film the areas they wish to have cleaned. These images will serve as evidence to record how the property is received, should they become our client. We also kindly request permission to film the result of the final cleaning for our records.

– Payment is due on the day of cleaning.
– We accept most forms of payment, debit and credit cards, Zelle, and cash.
– If you pay in cash, please place it in a sealed envelope and write LEX 593 Cleaning.
